When did you join Sears Marketplace and what motivated you?
We signed on in 2011 and the main reason for us joining was the diversity in Sears’ customer base. Sears’ rich history with building a quality brand name fell in line with our own company’s standards of “Doing well by doing Good”.
What do you enjoy about being a Marketplace Seller?
The great relationship that we have with our account rep. Shawn who works with us to identify new opportunities for growth on both sides as well as leveraging Sears’ customer base with our catalog.
Can you provide tips or suggestions for shipping?
Always ensure that merchandise is available and shipped within the stated handling times in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What do you look for when sourcing your own products or looking for products to add to Sears?
We look to fill in inventory gaps of products that fall in line with the core competencies of the Sears platform.
