How do I ask for a payment to be reviewed?

  1. Log into your Seller Portal account
  2. Click on the ‘Contact Us’ link near the upper right portion of your dashboard
  3. Download the appropriate template from the ‘Contact Us’ form
  4. Fill out all required information in the ‘Contact Us’ form

Once you have submitted the form a member of our support team will respond to the case as quickly as possible.  Please note that cases are worked on in the order they are received, by topic.
