How to Update Expiring Inventory ?

Once you’ve received an inventory expiration alert you will want to update your inventory or confirm you existing inventory levels to avoid having your inventory removed or reduced.

To update or confirm your inventory log into the seller portal and navigate to Inventory > Manage Expired Inventory:

From here you will be able to download an expired inventory template that is pre-populated with your items set to expire. Simply open the downloaded template, update or confirm the quantity by filling out the ‘Updated Available Quantity’ column in the ‘Data Format’ sheet, save and upload at step 2 of the  Manage Expired Inventory page in the seller portal.


Once your inventory is updated your items will be refreshed with the most recent inventory and will be able to remain available for sale online.
